At Freethought Internet we pride ourselves on making sure your experience with us is nothing but perfect. We are constantly striving to improve every aspect of the products and service we provide, sometimes this means upgrading hardware, sometimes it means using a better piece of software, this time though we're improving the way you pay for your services with us.
We realise that handing over money is never going to be that enjoyable, however we want it to be as pain free as possible. From today you can now pay for your hosting and other services with your debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) directly on our website. What's more, to save you having to remember to login and pay your invoices when they are due, we'll now give you the option to save your card details so it can be automatically used when the next renewal comes around. Never again will you risk your website being suspended or your domain expiring because you forgot to pay, or because your PayPal account wasn't up to date.
We're really excited about this new way to pay, it makes buying from us a seamless experience with none of the redirection and confusion that comes with using a third party processor. In fact we're so excited about our new payment method that from today it is our default payment method for all new orders. Don't worry though, you can still use PayPal if you prefer it, although from today you'll no longer be able to pay via Google Checkout or NoChex.
If you want us to automatically take payment for your existing services, just wait until the next renewal comes up and in the payment screen select the debit/credit card option instead of PayPal. Oh and remember, if you do switch to use your debit/credit card directly with us then make sure you cancel any existing subscriptions you may have in PayPal.
We hope you enjoy using our new methods of payment, if you've got any questions or feedback then please do drop us an email to email@example.com
