The customer portal is where you manage every aspect of your service with Freethought, including paying invoices, raising new orders, upgrading accounts, and requesting support. If you cannot log in to your account use the following steps to help regain access:
Your username for the customer portal will always be the email address you signed up with, this is not necessarily the same email address that is hosted within your service.
I have forgotten my username and my password
If you are unable to reset your password because you cannot remember what email address you signed up with please call 03300 882130. You may need to be able to confirm multiple other details of your account such as details about your service, the amount of your last payment to Freethought, or your address details.
